Great hotel in centre of town. Food places nearby. On street parking. Lovely breakfast. Only gripe there is no Aircon.

Erzurum ziyaretimizde Çağ Hotel’de konaklamak gerçekten çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Otelin şehir merkezine yakın konumu sayesinde birçok yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Odalar oldukça temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu; özellikle kışın Erzurum gibi soğuk bir şehirde odaların sıcak ve rahat olması büyük bir avantaj sağladı.
Personelin ilgisi ve misafirperverliği ise gerçekten takdire değerdi. Resepsiyondan başlayarak tüm ekip son derece yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Kendimizi adeta evimizde gibi hissettik. Sabah kahvaltısı da oldukça doyurucu ve lezzetliydi; güne güzel bir başlangıç yapmamızı sağladı.
Hem konumu hem hizmet kalitesi hem de samimi atmosferiyle Erzurum’da konaklamak için kesinlikle tercih edilebilecek bir otel. Erzurum’a tekrar geldiğimde yine burada kalmayı düşünürüm ve herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Отличное место для того,чтобы провести несколько зимних дней в Эрзуруме, занимаясь катанием на лыжах или сноуборде. Ехать на машине всего несколько минут. Отличный завтрак с прекрасным видом. Торговый центр mng в пешей доступности. Очень вежливый персонал. Рекомендую
