    Was assigned the twin room without window on ground floor. The room had dirty floor carpets and walls. Sound proof was as bad as none, can hear everyone passing by and talking at the lobby, opening and closing of doors, walking up and down stairs, just like no wall at all. Will not stay again and definitely not recommend anyone to this hotel.

    We had pleasant stay here. Room was just nice for two persons stay. In terms of location very good as well near Main Street of Kabuki cho. Don Quijote, Alpen Tokyo, ABC Mart, Uniqlo and GU are all walking distance only. And I would like to thank to A very kind and gentleman middle aged staff that was very helpful to us on our last day. Uncle helped us to book a taxi from hotel to Busta Shinjuku even help us in loading our luggages into taxi. Thank you so much uncle for your time and help.

    excellent location, friendly staff with basic amenities only set back is the lack of elevator but we managed

    The staff were super friendly. We had the room in the basement (accessible only by stairs) and it was extremely simple and rather small but the toilet/bathroom was surprisingly clean and everything works. The hotel is also located right in what we believed to be a semi-red light area.
