Lovely hotel beautiful views and wonderful helpful staff, we enjoyed our short stay with you. I think bath mats and towels need a refresh and rooms a bit of an awkward shape and dated furniture but still comfortable and nice, thank you

We only stayed one night but had a great nights sleep, our room was immaculate (except for maybe one or two scuffs on furniture & a fiddly shower), but otherwise the whole stay was great. Bed was really comfy, room was spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the golf course. The staff we experienced were all really helpful and the spa facilities were lovely. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay. The room was beautiful and the bed was unbelievably comfy. Even though we didn’t end up using the pool, it was lovely knowing it was there as an option for my 12‑year‑old.One of my favourite parts was sitting out on the balcony , so peaceful , and my son absolutely loved being so close to the golf course. Instead of being glued to his phone like most kids, he was genuinely excited watching everything going on.Breakfast was lovely each morning. We had a full English one day and eggs royale the next, which my son said was the best thing ever. There was also a great continental selection.
The staff were all lovely, especially on reception. The lady who checked us in recommended the Winners Bar opposite, saying my son might enjoy a game of pool, and she was absolutely right. He was over the moon.Overall, we had an amazing stay. We left feeling refreshed and ready for a safe drive home.

I booked 2 nights for my wife and I as a much needed getaway. Our stay was ok but a few things could have been better to leave us with the feeling of having a great stay. Bad experience first: We reported an issue to reception which was partially resolved (getting the Aircon working)and I was told the Duty manager would definitely be along to follow up as there was a loud noise that needed investigating but we never met or had any communication from the duty manager. Subsequently the aircon during our stay never lowered the temperature of our room during which was a very hot end of May bank holiday weekend. There was also no hand soap in the basin and when I notified this to a member of staff, I was told they were out of stock! The bath drain in our room was also in need of unblocking and took at least a good 6 or more minutes to clear after showering. I booked a Junior suite for us which was a little disappointing as it was
