The shower drain was not working. They did not even offer to transfer us to another room. They just drained the water using a vacuum cleaner and it left a foul smell that lingered inside the room. On our last day, we requested that they drain the bathroom again because it overflowed (even when we weren’t using it!) but they did not come to drain it for us so we just had to take a bath with overflowing drain water because we had to check out at 12 noon 🤦🏻‍♀️
