Rooms are ok but very very noisy! Didn’t sleep well because every time someone came in or out of their room the noise was disturbing. Toilet flushed or shower upstairs felt like it was right next to our bed. That in addition to the street noise it was a very unpleasant stay.

The location is nice since you can walk to restaurants and stores downtown. There is a few trailer parking spots but difficult with a 2 car trailer. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Older motel but well maintained, clean rooms and good to support a local motel rather than a chain. Friendly reception staff. Shame no bfast included, recommend to eat at Moab Diner yum and great for families, close to Arches/Canyonlands. Rooms not very sound proof. Water provided at reception to fill water bottles didn’t taste filtered. Advertised as queen beds but was more like a double.
