Location: On a quiet street and very convenient, just 5 mins walk from Florence SM station. City center and market are within walkable distance as well Hotel Room: Could have been bigger but overall it was good Breakfast - Limited options for Vegan/Vegetarians but sufficient variety of breads, crossionnts , cakes etc Lift :Small size fitting 2 persons + 1 luggage comfortably Reception: Lady at night duty was very helpful and sweet. Overall it was not a very big hotel but in the price we got, it was a totally worth it.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a highlight and best location. I’ll definitely stay there if I travel Italy again!

The place is good enough. Breakfast was fantastic and worth the stay. Just need to know that once you leave the hotel, the outside street is very smelly with urine and dirty. Very close to the station so you can get there very fast.

Hotel Annabella was an amazing stay for our family of four while visiting Florence. The proximity to the train station is incredible and easily walkable. Arman, the host, is super friendly and treated us like family visiting. The room was clean and the beds were soft and comfortable. The shower was large and very nice compared to most hotels in Europe. The breakfast was amazing every day. The staff truly made sure you had everything you needed. The elevator was scary at the beginning, but turned out to be a fun experience after you get used to it. We heard it was built after WW2. We highly recommend Hotel Annabella on your first or next visit to Florence.
