    Would definitely go again. Location, perfect. 24hr reception and easy to find - on both counts, unlike accommodation booked by other couple we travelled with. Was expecting continental breakfast but scrambled egg, bacon and frankfurter sausage also available, as well as dairy free milk alternative from the Alpro range, fresh fruitand a range of meats, cheese, croissants etc. Breakfast could be taken in courtyard, which was beautiful. Had a superior double room with a terrace for only a little extra, which I would recommend . . . even though we hardly used it due to time constraints. Overall a lovely little hotel that We would have no qualms about recommending or returning to

    Location: On a quiet street and very convenient, just 5 mins walk from Florence SM station. City center and market are within walkable distance as well Hotel Room: Could have been bigger but overall it was good Breakfast - Limited options for Vegan/Vegetarians but sufficient variety of breads, crossionnts , cakes etc Lift :Small size fitting 2 persons + 1 luggage comfortably Reception: Lady at night duty was very helpful and sweet. Overall it was not a very big hotel but in the price we got, it was a totally worth it.
