We stayed here as a family during our New Year 2025. We had stayed at Holiday Inn Bophut in the same trip and were expecting a decent propertry given we paid *** per night for the family room.
To start with, its a 3 star property with no facilities and having only 20 rooms (a pool for namesake). While it had an attached beach, the water was extremely dirty and it appeared like a backwaters from sea containing all the leaves and algae being washed up at shore.
There is no room service available - in fact there is no phone connection to call a reception/front desk. The restaurant closes at 9:30pm and they are severely understaffed. The beds were full of sand and we had to get the entire room cleaned again (including change of bedlinen) and it was all a hassle. MUST AVOID PROPERTY AT ALL COST. You have other nearby properties which are resort style and offer better food and amenities.
