The only good part of the stay were the staff and the availability of hot water. They were very helpful and understanding. They were ready to accommodate things over and above.
The rooms are good but can be maintained well. We had to initial change a room due to ants in the bathroom. Restaurant is not in the hotel but room service is available. They charge a 10% service charge at the restaurant for all items on top of their fixed rates. A 1L water bottle with MRP of LKR 120 was marked at LKR 200 + 10% service charge making it LKR 220. The balcony is shared hence made it a bit uncomfortable for us to use it. The beach access is not direct and the path to be taken doesn’t feel very safe.
The stay doesn’t include breakfast. They have a shared kitchen in the 2nd floor.
Overall felt it was a bit costly and had a so so experience.

Honestly this was one of our worst stays in Sri Lanka. It was dirty, sheets stained, water pressure poor, other guests were very noisy in the common room, the beach front was filthy. Very poor for the money we paid

We stayed at this hotel in March 2026 and really enjoyed the experience. The hotel was very clean, staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the location was within walking distance to the beach. They even had a small swimming pool perfect for kids. The price was very affordable and I would stay here again!

Stayed for couple of nights . Decent place to stay. Property needs an overhaul frankly. Staff are co operative.
