    I recently visited Mahabaleswar with my family to celebrate New Year’s Eve, and our stay at Blizzard Resort made the trip truly special and unforgettable. Blizzard Resort is a wonderful, cozy property that instantly makes you feel at home. What truly sets this place apart is its exceptional staff. Every single team member is warm, polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty — with smiles, prompt service, and heartfelt hospitality that is rare to find these days. The restaurant is vegetarian-only, and the food deserves a special mention. Every meal was freshly prepared, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. On New Year’s Eve, the experience was taken to another level. The staff thoughtfully arranged a bonfire in the beautiful garden area and served dinner outdoors, creating a magical and festive atmosphere. Sitting under the open sky, enjoying great food, warmth from the bonfire, and family time — it was truly a memorable and heartwarming experience that we will cherish for a long time. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for families. The entire property is well-maintained and peaceful, offering a relaxing escape from daily routine and city life. Overall, Blizzard Resort perfectly combines comfort, cleanliness, great food, and outstanding hospitality. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mahabaleswar, especially families looking for a calm, friendly, and memorable stay.     Honest thoughts ( This can be based on the room I was given, for other rooms the experience may differ) Pros: The staff were very polite and helpful. Cons: The room provided was on the extreme corner at ground floor. Since this was right next to their restaurant I could hear everyone talking,Washing on other side in my room. The room rug was dirty uncleaned. There was no garden view. All you can see is a Wall. Again this could be due to room I got but if you are booking please take rooms on upper floor. The route to the hotel is pretty narrow. You need to climb up up to reach hotel which isn't ideal for people coming in cars. Overall , if you couldn't care much about rooms as long as you just need a room to keep your luggage. You can for it. Good deal if around 2k for night. If you paying more than 4k than you might get a little disappointed.
