We have visited several resorts in Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani, and this time we decided to book Mountain Berries Resort. As customers, we expected a pleasant and peaceful stay with a proper resort like experience.Unfortunately, our first impression was quite disappointing. The property has a single floor layout, with a small grassy area at the back where vehicles are parked. While the resort does offer a breathtaking view from the front, there isn’t much else to enjoy beyond that. One of the major drawbacks is the absence of an in-house restaurant, which means guests have to order food from outside restaurants. Overall, we didn’t get the feeling of staying at a resort. Instead, it felt more like staying in a room with a beautiful view. Considering our expectations from a resort in Mahabaleshwar/Panchgani, we felt the overall experience could have been much better. The view is undoubtedly beautiful, but a good resort experience requires more than just a scenic location
