    This was a soft opening and I gotta say it was so bad. For starters, the first room we had to go to the door lock didn’t work and the door also had to be closed hard. We changed to another room which has a terrible AC from my experience the AC is not properly connected to the compressor. Then again changed to another room that was also bad AC finally we went back to the first room with the bad lock. Even that room at some point the AC kept giving air without coldness. The water drainage in the shower and bathroom are terrible it takes long time to drain. Electricity outlets most of them didn’t work. The fridge was also connected to an outlet that doesn’t work. Even the kettle wasn’t working. The TV on the other hand works but extremely terrible cheap TV. It was a WBox TV model which had an awful system. The building and room designs are good. However, from my experience the finishing contractor is the whole reason or they had a limited budget which will affect them in the future. Starting from the walla, painting, lights, ceiling, decor, ac, tv, etc… it was terribly done. It had a good opportunity to shine but the contractor unfortunately fucked it up. After all, I would still give it 7/10 considering the price, location, and being new.
