Very disappointing experience. We booked two rooms online and received a confirmed reservation. After traveling a long distance, we arrived at around 12:30 AM, only to be told by the hotel staff that the hotel was full and no rooms were available.
The staff then asked why we didn't arrive at 4:00 PM. This makes no sense. If there is a requirement to check in by a certain time, it should be clearly mentioned during the booking process. A confirmed reservation should guarantee the room, especially when there has been no cancellation from the guest.
Leaving guests without accommodation in the middle of the night after a long journey is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. The staff offered no proper solution or apology.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you book here, don't assume your confirmed reservation will actually be honored.
In general, hotels do not require guests to arrive at 4:00 PM. Most hotels allow check-in any time after the check-in time, and if you're arriving late, they may ask you to inform them in advance. A confirmed booking should not normally be given away unless the booking terms specifically allow it or the hotel has tried to contact you. If this was through a booking platform (such as Booking.com, Agoda, or Expedia), you may also be able to request compensation or file a complaint through that platform.

It was good experience. Rooms were clean. Ac were central and perfectly working. Parking available all the time in shade.
