First and foremost we must thank all the staff who were extremely helpful, accommodating and very professional. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk to the nearest metro which is Plaza Italia. Plenty of restaurants closer to the hotel. Breakfast was varied with savoury and sweet options. The hotel itself has a very rustic appearance if being honest the rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade, but all in all if you want a hotel with very helpful and amazing staff this is a good option for you 9/10

Restaurants and shops of Palermo Soho right outside the door. Amazing kind staff, feels like coming home at night.

The main negatives were that my bathroom didn't have any vents, which made me a little worried about the possibility of any mold growth. My room was also on the end of the hall so my internet connection was very spotty. And the pillows were pretty stiff. Other than that it was very nice and so are the staff.
