Wonderful Stay and Great Service, But the Food Needs Serious Improvement Overall, we had a lovely hotel stay at Belum Rainforest Resort. The natural surroundings are beautiful, and the resort itself provides a wonderful environment for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hospitality. The staff is very attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Ahead of our arrival, I requested a simple birthday decoration for our room. The team was more than happy to accommodate this request and executed it beautifully for a very reasonable charge, which made our celebration extra special. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment of our stay was the food. To be quite frank, it was the worst food I have ever had while staying at a resort location. The quality, taste, and variety simply did not match the high standard of the accommodation and service. Given the resort's remote location where options are limited, having good dining on-site is crucial. I truly hope management can look into upgrading their kitchen and improving this area, as everything else about the resort is fantastic.

Toilet does not been clean by housekeeping, still have poop and smells the whole room. Housekeeping staff is annoying when ask for room change.
