    Have stayed here a few times and its always a wonderful experience. Easy check in. Lovely staff. Wonderful indoor heated pool. Nice big family rooms. A laundry on site. Lots of grass area for kids to run around. Right next door to Lazy Moes and very close to all nearby attractions. My family's go to accomodation when we travel to Ballarat.

    I mean the hotel was mostly clean, the carpet feels dated, old and dusty, like I would not walk in there barefoot. My biggest problem was the shower, the tiles were mouldy on the bottom part, you need to pay attention to that details, as it makes the bathroom look disgusting and one just don’t want to shower in there.

    Location of hotel is fine but room service is not so great. We left the keys at reception and ask them to clean the room but when we came room was not clean.
