I was quite disappointed with my stay, especially considering this is advertised as a 4-star hotel. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable and slow, making it difficult to browse comfortably. The toilet was poorly maintained, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this rating. The fridge in the room had a broken door, so it couldn’t be used properly.
On top of that, the room lacked basic necessities you would normally expect from a 4-star property, which was frustrating, breakfast was terrible it was repetitive, Noise was also a big issue — the room was not soundproof enough, and outside and hallway noises were clearly audible. Overall, the experience did not match the standard or comfort promised by a 4-star hotel. The housekeeping lady was amazing and hard worker!

The bed was uncomfortable, especially the pillows which were cheap, old, and not supportive (inside they were yellow). The room was facing the street with constant car noise, and there was no proper sound insulation.
