Place was perfect except the pool was closed and that's what we wanted most ..they also told us it be open next day ...nope didn't open for 3 more days when we were already gone.

Booked a room and arrived to find both of the trash cans full of trash, the bed was made but clearly had been been slept in, the bathtub was nearly black in the bottom (came right out with a little bleach), the coffee maker was dirty and someone had put coffee ground in the place for the water. By far the worst room I have seen in years.

The staff was very nice and helpful, but when we went to open our hotel room, the key card (we were only given one) did not work. I had to go back downstairs and drive to the front office and get the key card card calibrated. The hotel room was old, ragged, run-down, and smelled like cigarette smoke. No exhaust fan and no HVAC vent in the bathroom, so it stayed hot in the bathroom. AC did not cool the room enough although it was set on 60 degrees and High. Carpet was torn up around the bathroom sink/doorway; bathroom walls had a bad paint job — could see graffiti and stains; shower curtain was stained and moldy at the bottom. One of the hotel room windows on our second floor had been bashed in and shattered from the inside. Someone had obviously thrown something against it. The swimming pool water looked like toxic waste. We did not eat breakfast there, so I cannot comment on that, but I would not have eaten anything there anyway. We had a double room, and the mattresses were hard. We did have lots of clean, white towels, but the mattress pad on my bed was stained, although it had been washed. The whole room just felt greasy and slimy. Wyndham should be embarrassed to attach their brand name to that place.
