I was trying to extend my stay and the staff member was very rude !! He locked me out of my room and wouldn’t let me get back in to get my things until I paid. Once I made the reservation he still made me wait another 15-20 minutes before he redid my key to get in the room! Will not go back there! Also the clerk had a problem with me taking my complimentary breakfast to my room! I’ve never heard of such a thing! Never again

The day shift staff was very unpleasant to deal with! Not understanding at all and lied to me about my rate. Locked me out of my room and wasn’t trying to let me back in to either get my things or put my things that I had into the room after he knew I made another reservation! Kept blowing me off saying he was doing his job. How are you doing your job and you’re on the phone not even looking at me! Will not return there. I was also told that I couldn’t take my complimentary breakfast back to my room because I may make a mess. I’m adult not a child
