Very nice place. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Close to the freeway, shopping, and food.

The industrial location is not good if you don't have a car. Nearest public transportation is a 23 minute walk. I took Lyft/Uber from Fruitvale Bart to get here and that was $13. I did the 23 minute walk to Bart in the day but called for a ride at night.
