    The room is reasonable if you are only planning to stay for one night. However, basic amenities such as tissues, a dustbin, soap, and shampoo were not provided. I also experienced an issue with the air conditioning in my room. The instructions inside the room clearly stated that guests should turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room, so I followed the instructions and switched it off before going out. However, when I returned, I was unable to turn the air conditioning back on. I called the receptionist for assistance, and while explaining the issue, she simply said, “Kenapa tutup aircond?.” I then explained that the instructions inside the room clearly stated that the air conditioning should be switched off when leaving. Her response was, “Tapi saya tak cakap boleh off masa check-in tadi.” If the air conditioning requires staff assistance to turn back on after being switched off, this should have been clearly explained during check-in, especially when the instructions in the room specifically tell guests to turn it off when leaving. This caused unnecessary hassle and inconvenience during my stay. Overall, the room is acceptable for a short one-night stay, but the lack of basic amenities and the poor communication could definitely be improved.

    Kuat bau kucing area receptionist, Towel lembab macam baru lepas guna, Cadar + selimut + bantal ada busuk, staff tak ada kat kaunter, water heater function, bilik & tandas kecik tapi kemas, Aircond sejuk, Tv remote kurang function. Overall you boleh cari boutique hotel yang lain yang lebih worth untuk staycation. Sebab you dah penat berjalan…so you balik nak rehat perlu rasa ketenangan fikiran & keselesaan.
