One of the best places I have ever visited. Went there on honeymoon. Got room upgraded to private villa (sea facing). The staff was very professional and polite. Amazing kitchen staff. Could eat delicious food by Chefs Md. Nakib and Jaiveer. Highly recommended if you want to spend quality vacation time.

I had a great time here because I found a sunbed spot where I can take peaceful naps throughout the day. That alone made my stay special LOL. I didn’t roam “much” around the island but a lot of facilities are great and some needs improvement. - The AC in my room wasn’t cooling enough even if I set it on 18 degrees with the fan on. - The toilet area in the room is meh (I’m comparing it to a bathroom in a 3-star hotel I stayed in the Maldives. That was better compare to this one). The set up looks like a public washroom but it was still okay. - I booked half board which was BREAKFAST and DINNER. The food tasted good but I was thinking, the buffet area (where you can get food) was quite small for A LOT of guests and it was so hot inside. I was soaking wet during dinner. Maybe it was just me. I don’t know. - Thank you so much for the BIRTHDAY CAKE. I appreciate it. It was super GOOOOOD!!! My sister is a CDP in a 6-star hotel and I kept telling her about this moist chocolate cake that I greatly adore. - Clubhouse was great. I love that there’s a place where you can stay for a while with AC and you can play some sports too. The shower room needs a little improvement. The weather during summer is intense in Maldives. Maybe add a fan inside 🥲 Half board in this resort is already enough. Like I said, I didn’t roam that much to make comments about everything. If you want a nice, private island place to stay that is near the airport, this is the place. The staff are nice. The food is good. But expect that the activities like dolphin watching is super expensive. Might be completely unrelated, PADI open water alone for $700? SSI offers $1000 with accommodation and food in the Maldives. For those interested in SCUBA. Special thanks to Ms. Diyana, the lady with a long black hair. She approached me while I was walking alone for the speedboat schedule and sent us off. She was super kind and her smile is adorable. I wish more staff in your island are like her. Also, the filipina lady in the Gallery who was greeting people during dinner last April 26. She was super friendly and nice. I mean, everyone’s nice but they’re outstanding. I hope they get some kind of promotion or incentives. I will give 5 star because of the good experience I had. If I come back, I hope it will be better. Thank you so much.

We had a lovely 4 nights and the house reef was amazing! The food was fabulous and we enjoyed our stay very much! Special thanks to Guru at the pool bar for his hospitality and service! Would definately come back again! The Premier beach hut was lovely with lots of space and very comfortable! Thanks Bandos ... best trip !

I recently stayed at Bandos Maldives and felt it was below expectations. The resort looks old-fashioned, staff were not very friendly (except staff at gallery restaurant and sand bar). and the food selection was quite limited. The biggest disappointment was snorkeling at the water villa – there were almost no fish to see. Compared to other same level r villas in the Maldives, Bandos really falls short and does not provide the same standard or experience.
