I really loved staying here. I will always stay here everytime i come to Panama City Beach. Staff is so friendly and ready to help. The room was spotless, cold and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed that ive slept in in a very long time. The beach is right accross the street!! Pool was very clean and i liked how calm it was. Also very safe.

The manager made the place feel like a prison. He’s always knocking on your doors at every hour of the night trying to make sure you’re not doing something you shouldn’t be doing I guess.. the pool is never cleaned, he never wants to give you clean linen and always complains about it. And he talks to you any kind of way because he says he can do what he wants. He always makes you pay them through Cash app and never through the office. Yells at all the tenants when he’s having a bad day.
Had me evicted after I paid a week in full and called the cops to have me thrown out because he “didn’t like my white ass.” Lowdown piece of scum. And kept half of my belongings and said they belonged to the hotel so therefore I couldn’t get them back. Nobody knows his real name other than what he tells you to call him, “G”.
I hope the snake gets whay he deserves.

Some reasons I would recommend it is for the price, the location which is right across the street from the beach, the large courtyard, and the access to the church and coffee shop right next door. Reasons I would not recommend it cleanliness because I found a dead bug on my sheets, attention to detail because there was not an extra toilet paper roll and I had to get one from the front desk, clientele which was on the sketchy side with a clearly inebriated woman lurking in the courtyard and a man who seemed to live there with his own chair and table outside the door and another Guy who seemed to live there who pestered me to have a drink with him, adherence to policy when I found it was not 24 hours but instead the office closed at 9:00 p.m. and open again at 8:00 a.m. with one of the entry doors locked, and the lack of a blanket and microwave in the room. Next time I will bring my own coffee pot and blanket and maybe even a change of sheets.

Book here if you only need shelter. The pictures should say enough. Motel style stay, very shabby I will never book here again.
