If you want to eat, surf, sleep and repeat, this is the best spot for you. Just a step away from you're beach front villa is a surf spot. Very warm host as well!

They don't mention anywhere on their website, and you can't see it in the photos either, that there is a construction site for new apartments just five meters from the beachfront bungalows. The workers start at 7:00 a.m., so from that moment on you can forget about sleeping or relaxing, and instead enjoy the constant noise and dust.
I rented a scooter from them. Their reception closes at 6:00 p.m., and after that there is no one around, so it's impossible to return the scooter in the evening. On my last night I went out for dinner and came back with the scooter at around 9:00 p.m. As expected, there was nobody at reception. The next morning, at 8:00 a.m., I returned the scooter as soon as they opened, and I didn't use it at all that morning. Even though I was checking out at 10:00 a.m., they still charged me for an entire extra day. That's simply dishonest.
The food in their restaurant is barely acceptable and extremely overpriced. The swimming pool is dirty.
Avoid this place.
