This hotel was great. Good position. Great reception staff great bed, I had 18 floor mountain view. But had to look over deserted area. My air conditioner was dripping water staff had it fixed promptly although looked like they cleaned it out and tried to wash dirty bits down the shower. No problem. I would recommend this hotel. Easy

I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but Balcony Nha Trang Hotel disappointed me from the very first night. The reality is nowhere near what is shown in the photos. As soon as I walked into the room, I noticed a strong musty smell that immediately made the room feel old and poorly maintained. The room itself is far from what I expected for the price. I’ve stayed in several 2-star hotels that offered a much better overall experience, yet this hotel charges nearly 1 million vnd - four or five times more. At this price point, there are many better hotels in Nha Trang that offer far superior value. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. Instead of providing built-in dispensers for shampoo and body wash like most modern hotels, they simply leave loose plastic bottles that you have to unscrew every time you use them. It feels cheap, inconvenient, and completely out of place for a hotel in this price range. Even worse, the shower setup is poorly designed. There isn’t a properly positioned overhead shower, so I constantly had to bend down just to shower comfortably. It turned what should have been a relaxing experience into an unnecessarily frustrating one. When people pay this much for a hotel, they expect comfort, quality, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, Balcony Nha Trang Hotel failed to deliver on all three. This was my first stay here, and it will definitely be my last. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a worthwhile stay in Nha Trang.

Having a good room, you have a good stay and a good value for your money.. If staff continues call you and wake up you...then your stay here can be a disaster. Yes, it was evening, not a sleeping hour, but me tired and I buy hotel room for sleeping. And if you cannot sleep one hotel because of staff...I don't know for what to buy hotel room...
