    We stayed at Bophut Beach Hotel with our baby, and could not fault it. The staff was very welcoming from the start, and they love babies which is a bonus! The hotel is just so beautiful and we had the whole second floor/balcony to ourselves which was plenty of room in a quiet location. We could not fault anything, and will be back next year.

    Sadly our stay wasn’t as happy as we thought. The place is closing for refurb in a week or so, therefore, staff were very thin on the ground and so was beer and other alcoholic beverages. The staff that were there were wonderful! I did write to the hotels head office when, on my birthday, the beer had run out and no staff member knew how to make a cocktail, the reply I got was ‘ I could go out for a cocktail or get a beer from the mini bar in my room, not what I was expecting to hear! Neither was the dismantling of the room next door. I am sure when all the work is done it will be fab but it does spoil the holiday a bit when you start the closing down whilst paying guests are still there!

    The hotel is a short walk to the fisherman village night market where there are numerous dining and leisure options, and yet being slightly away from the night market the hotel itself is in a quiet area without all the hustle and bustle. Overall the hotel was clean and in great condition. Breakfast was basic but taste good.

    Great little hotel on the edge of Fishermans Village. Very private and on a nice part of the beach. Stunning sea views.
