    Let’s start with the good: place was clean, quiet and the location was good. The bed was really comfortable. We stayed in room 202. It was a duplex. Two beds. One upstairs and one downstairs. Clean sheets. Clean towels. Bathroom was clean. Next: no handrail to go upstairs of the duplex so we stayed on the main floor, upstairs had more of a cottage feel, stairs inside the building was a bit uncomfortable, the rooms are inside of a coffee shop. So, you were given the code to the coffee shop entrance. If you were outside past 8pm or had to leave before coffee shop opened, you had to open the shop. Strange but easy to do. Other than the “negative” parts, I slept good and had zero issues. For a basic room at reasonable rates, there really are no “complaints” just observations. If I ever return to Ho chi Min, I will stay here again.

    The room looks nothing like the pictutes. When I entered a cockroach was waiting for me. When I informed the staff on whatsapp, no replies whatdoever since then. Cockroaches kept coming out everywhere including from inside the toilet boil. Very disgusting..It said the breakfast was included, but no information was provided as to where and how. I asked, still no reply even till now after many days. They just abandone you like that. I strongly advise not to even imagine getting this place..
