I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

The room is clean and generally well-maintained, but there are several loose tiles in the toilet. This is a serious safety concern, as the exposed tile edges could easily cause injury if someone accidentally knocks into them. I asked the staff if the loose tiles could be replaced, but was told that many rooms have the same issue. This is quite concerning, as a recurring problem like this should be addressed rather than left as it is. The towel rack is another safety hazard. Its position near the basin makes it easy to accidentally hit yourself against it while using the sink. Overall, while the room is clean, the bathroom has several avoidable safety hazards that should be properly rectified.

The room is large. There’s smart TV. The room view is perfect. Walkable distance to convenient store. There are washing machines.

The room itself was good with jacuzzi. But staff communion is quite bad. TV programs were all in Korean language, even the tv remote was in Korean language. How can foreign tourists would understand anything?? The 2 reception guys were not helpful in orientation of the room and the facilities. I even complained about one of the switch on the jacuzzi was not working and the guy just nodded his head but nothing was done. I don’t think I’ll stay in Attirance the next time.
