    We had a wonderful stay at the hotel overall. Right from our arrival, the bellman, Mr. Hossain, gave us a very warm greeting and was exceptionally helpful—giving us some great local tips and guiding us smoothly to the carpark. First impressions were excellent! The hotel premises are generally clean and spacious, and the swimming pool was fantastic for relaxing. Feedback for Management / IT & Revenue Team: While the physical stay was great, the online booking experience needs improvement: Direct Website Errors: The hotel website consistently throws errors when trying to complete a room reservation. OTA Rate Code Mapping Errors: When checking future dates on OTAs, the rates for almost all room types are extremely inflated—clearly an error in rate code setup/mapping within your Central Reservation System or channel manager (e.g., SiteMinder or manual entries). Fixing the direct booking engine on your website could easily save you 18–25% in OTA commissions while making it much easier for returning guests like us to book directly. Excellent stay and hospitality—just hope the online reservation tech gets sorted out soon!

    Ask for birthday surprise, replied say will try within capacity, but when i am at front desk, she say no such arrangement Facilities a lot not ready. There's signboard for ping pong room,but there's nothing inside. Glass to balcony, not sound proof, by 8am, i can hear Atlantic kids screaming Overall is ok. but wont intentionally visit
