I have stayed at this resort 4 times since 2014 it was my favourite beach in Vietnam. Sadly on the last occasion 4 night stay in the Annex I was severely bitten by bed bugs over 80 bites and had to seek medical help from a doctor. So far over a week now both the resort and Agoda have failed to respond to my complaint. We will not stay here again or be using Agoda Service. Very Very angry and disappointed if I was in the UK now a solicitor would be contacting them.
