    The room is spacious, location is fantastic in Phan Thiết, strictly check in after 3pm, although we arrived at 2.20pm, swimming pool acceptable, room cleanliness to be improved, and it will be better to repaint the room.

    It’s a good location in Mui Ne, easily go nearby for coffee , lunch & seafood. Nice place but just for shooting checkin. I am so disappointed about quality of room & related service. - I booked room (by agoda) which access private swimming pool. When I arrived, they said: it’s room with purpose serving to couple, so need quite & kids 13 & 16 can’t access😱😱😱 It means room 18+??? - They said the room purpose is quite, but from 5-6am every morning, it’s very noisy outside. From the room service & the other rooms. - The blanket (for extra bed) is smell wet & not clean, even when I ask for exchange, the replace one still the same smell. - Room don’t have desk & chair for working. It’s the 1st time I saw the hotel or resort without working desk. My mistake is believe in advertisement, and not check carefully, so I thought it’s 4-5 stars resort, but no, it’s only 3 stars with 5 stars price. Never come back again! If they could do the nice performance, they should do the related service worthy with price.
