I felt the room was really good, and the service was good too. I’ve deducted one star only because there is still some room for improvement. I faced one issue with the breakfast. Breakfast was included in my stay, but I was in a rush and couldn’t go to the buffet area, so I asked if it could be brought to my room. The first room service person hesitated but agreed. However, when I called later to check, someone else answered and denied the request altogether. I didn’t want to make a scene, so I decided to simply check out. However, because I had already spent a lot of time trying to sort this out, I wasn’t able to eat anything before leaving for my HYROX event. It’s now 5 PM, and I’m still on an empty stomach. Overall, the stay was good, but I feel the communication between the staff could have been much better. A little more coordination and flexibility from the team would have made the experience much better.

The rooms are terribly small and not worth more than 3k
