    The room itself was nice, clean and spacious but unfortunately all night there was a noise like dripping water so sadly it kept me awake. It was coming from within the bathroom walls and also i think they was mopping the floor in the early hours and banging down the bucket so sadly not a great stay. I did mention this to the staff member at reception but all he said was he will pass my comments onto head office.

    We had a two tier room with two adults and two teenagers. My only good feedback is that the rooms are well sized. Now the bad stuff: room was dirty - looked like oil scattered on one wall, and a huge carpet stain upstairs. Kitchenette was poorly equipped with not enough stuff for four people e.g ONE fork! Back of the key card lock was cellotaped onto back of door. Shower was falling apart and there was only enough WARM water for one person on both mornings. Thankful it was only 2 nights.

    Just off the Holloway road is an undiscovered gem. Clean, tidy and quiet with bags of character. We enjoyed our stay.

    Had to leave, did not sleep due to living residents making noise until 7am, left with one nights booking left, went home, also after paying for 2 nights parking. No refund offered.
