All was good about the room. However they have a strict deposit policy when u check in. It is not mentioned anywhere and when I arrived I was short of cash and it was late night, so they didn't let me go to my room to rest. I offered them passport for deposit, no way. Staff was not flexible at all. They refused to call their manager too. After an hour They said they texted their manager and told them that it is mandatory. So I paid the deposit and left with no money for dinner! Also strict policy about getting the sheets as if we are supposed to wash them too. Everything would be great if hey didn't have these inflexible and annoying policies.....

The view from the dining area is definitely the highlight of the place. As for the food, it’s quite basic, and the limited options can get repetitive, especially if you’re planning to stay for a longer period. There are only around 3–4 options available, so after a while, the food can become a bit tiring.
The staff were friendly and accommodating overall. However, I do have one concern. We requested room cleaning, and afterward, we were told that there was a green stain on the sheets. We were quite surprised because there wasn’t any stain before the cleaning, and we wouldn’t have requested the cleaning if there had been one, especially since we knew there could be a charge for it.
What made us uncomfortable was being suspected of causing the stain without any evidence being shown to us. When I explained that we didn’t have any green items or anything that could have caused such a stain, they later told us during check-out that they had already removed the stain. It just felt a bit questionable because they still seemed to insist that there had been a stain in the first place.

The location is excellent and very convenient. However, the comfort room is quite dated and has a noticeable odor from the old plumbing. The toilet frequently clogs when flushed, and the shower has very low water pressure, making it slow and less comfortable to use. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
