At first, I was suprised with their service, they are kind and supportive. The room is a bit old but clean and neatly. I think I will come back again if I visit Fukuyama city again. The location is great, they also have free parking and room service are good.

We did a very last minute booking before a long weekend and arrived within 30mins. The hosts were so nice and helped us with bags and slippers. They even have an elevator! We enjoyed our stay so much, the laundry and facilities were just what we needed. Everything was very clean and fresh sheets and towels daily. Hosts appeared whenever we left or arrived home, if we needed anything I'm sure they would of helped. On our last day we were also treated with a ride to the train station, this was incredible and I appreciated the gesture so much in this summer heat. Thank you, thank you!
