    In keeping with it’s purpose of facilitating discrete romantic trysts this hotel favours easy access to the highway system, and is located far from where you are likely to run into anyone you might know, unless they are shopping for a used car on the edge of town. In short you need your own transportation if you are intending to visit more tourist oriented locations. That said, I loved the hotel. By Japanese standards, a very large comfortable room, with a well appointed and equally large bathroom. Immaculately clean. Super friendly, helpful staff. If location is of no importance to you, I would unreservedly recommend this hotel, especially given it is the best value for money hotel I have had the pleasure of staying at, in recent times. I would definitely stay again.

    A nice love hotel at a reasonable price. Lots of free "amenities", drinks, cornflakes, and even popcorn. the room has a big bath tub. 7 minutes walk from Higashifukuyama station, which is one stop away from Fukuyama Station. The walk to the hotel can be dark at night, but it's very safe in Japan

    We've got super strange room where you had to go upstairs to access the bathroom, so it was really inconvenient. No free breakfast, no any additional amenities, just a snack bar, and the room wasn't that clean either. But if you just want to sleep maybe it's ok for that price
