    Friendly helpful staff many who spoke at least one second language made our stay memorable and smooth on a grey rainy day. Buffet meals excellent if not at low budget prices which I don't have any real idea about. Probably standard for this level of quality and service. Great sauna and attentive staff member who remembered locker numbers I forgot to register.

    서울에서 벗어나진 않지만 북한산에 둘러싸여서 자연과 공존할 수 있던게 가장 좋았어요:) 시설도 깔끔하고 너무 붐비지 않은 시점에 방문해서 더 여유롭게 즐기다 올 수 있었구 저녁 뷔페도 꽤 만족스러웠습니다. 추천할만 해요 !

    We were hugely disappointed that we couldn’t use the outdoor pool, which was the main reason we booked a night here. Staff told us that the closure was mentioned on the booking page, but I hadn’t noticed it when making the reservation. After checking the booking page again, I found that while the information was technically there, it wasn’t displayed prominently or in a place where guests would reasonably expect to see such an important notice. If the pool is unavailable, this should be clearly highlighted before booking, as it can significantly influence a guest’s decision. Had we known in advance, we may have chosen to stay elsewhere.
