I will say the hotel is fine with great view of the mountain. It has nice facilities with sauna pools and so forth. Unfortunately I was there 2 days and I did not do my research well enough so one day all the nice facility was closed. From a foreigner not all the staff know English, that makes it a bit harder and I expected they where good at it for the price and what the place is. There are several signs that are only in Korean. I know a little Korean so that helped but seen from a foreigner that could be better. I will say there are sweet and kind the staff do not anything negative about that. I just expected a bit more, also when you have all the info on a person, a small gesture when you have a birthday there would have been nice. But not the end of the world. Overall it is a nice place with sweet staff and lovely location for nature and relaxing.

We were hugely disappointed that we couldn’t use the outdoor pool, which was the main reason we booked a night here. Staff told us that the closure was mentioned on the booking page, but I hadn’t noticed it when making the reservation. After checking the booking page again, I found that while the information was technically there, it wasn’t displayed prominently or in a place where guests would reasonably expect to see such an important notice. If the pool is unavailable, this should be clearly highlighted before booking, as it can significantly influence a guest’s decision. Had we known in advance, we may have chosen to stay elsewhere.
