    We stayed at the Inn quite a few years ago as we have family in Plympton but we love the surrounding countrside and now we have a dog - the Inn is dog friendly so good all round!

    Under new management from 7/25. Overall clean comfortable stay. Some parts are in need of basic simple repair, refreshment. Kettle coffee/tea in room serviced daily. Breakfast is limited in scope, table service. Maybe a buffet arrangement would work better space permitting? Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

    Really enjoyed our stay at the Anchor, with its new owners who were very accommodating and extremely helpful. The refurbished bar and dinning room were lovely and intend to do the rooms to the same standard later this year. Well worth a visit if you are in the area .
