    Downtown hotel was a great place to stay at, the hotel is conviently located with easy walk to places and easy access to tram lines. We had a smaller style rooms but there were larger ones as well. Ours was clean and all amenities functioned well. Downstairs has a comfortable waiting area if you arrive earlier. Check in was quick and smooth. Would stay again.

    suitable place to spend the night, clean, with clear instructions, fair for the price compared to other accommodations that are so expensive in Amsterdam, the room was extremely small and uncomfortable for the group.

    I booked this hotel for my friends who was visiting Amsterdam. They both had a wonderful time and great experience of this hotel. Staff was so kind and helpful.

    the hotel is literally terrible its so small that no one can move around in the room, all our bags had to be closed all the time to be able to move around, walls are made of paper we can listen and hear everything and anything that happened outside, customer service was ok from the lady but the guy was rude and didnt respond to us when we would say hi or say anything, the hotel is tiny and made for ants. the only positive thing is that it has an amazing location and probably the best in all of amsterdam other than that i wouldn't recommend at all. towels also smelt very bad
