Everything from the room setup to the tiniest touches in the bathroom shows care and precision. My room was immaculate. Soft, luxurious bedding, fresh scent, perfectly stocked bathroom, neatly folded towels, and water pressure in the shower that made me feel instantly refreshed. I slept like I was in heaven. What really sets this hotel apart is how much the staff go above and beyond. They even message to make sure you arrive safely and are ready to help with anything you need. Thank you Raymond who offered a local Vietnamese dessert which was so special yummy and delicious ! Staff helped with heavy luggage without hesitation. Traveling with a infant, I felt completely supported and cared for. This hotel is run with passion, love, and genuine care. Every interaction, every gesture, every detail reflects the dedication of people who truly care about making your stay perfect.
