We checked in around 8pm but didn't go to the room til closer to midnight after going elsewhere. Pulled back the bed covers to reveal crumpled sheets which had not been changed. The toilet had drops of urine around the rim. There were hair or beard shavings on the sink and floor. Towel bar was missing from the wall and no spindle for toilet tissue. A penny on the floor showed it hadn't been vacuumed. Torn wallpaper in bathroom. Uunit reeked of smoke when we asked for a non smoking room. No one was at the front desk. Called their number and no one answered. Called Agoda booking agent and they couldn't contact them. Agoda sent an email after we informed them we would not be staying. We wrote a note that we would not be staying and left it on the counter at the front desk. We then left and drove through the night to our destination. Front "automatic" doors were not working. Yhe bottoms were off the track and you had to pry them open manually.

Walked in nobody there but a phone number and a bell on desk. I walked the hallway without finding a person. I noticed everything was out of order, or just wasn't in use anymore. Came back up fronr another lady was there. She had called the number. A man came to the desk and she told him I was to check in. Gave him I.D. and he gave me room key. I went to room, it didn't look to bad, wasn't nothing extra but I could sleep there. I came back like 2 a.m. went to bed. woke up this morning, went out for breakfast. No breakfast out there whatsoever!!! Went back to room, cover was turned back on my bed. I started noticing something on bed with movement. Bedbugs of course. I killed 4-5 they had blood, I just left them on sheets or spread blood and all. I just got ready to leave. Got mu suitcase and walked to the front desk , left my door key and left. 3 men were doing somekind of handyman work upstairs and one told me to have a good day. No I wouldn't stay there again. The cheap price was the only thing good about the place. There was no working TV in my room. I assumed there was no cable being paid for. No working TV's in lobby. A sad place by all means. Different juice coffee etc machines not being used anymore. I was shocked at this place and I really mean it. Some people might like this kind of place but I don't. Sorry.
