The staff was friendly, room was clean and classy, there was never any hassle from staff. If I needed something, someone brought it to the room. If I needed the room cleaned, I just requested it. Otherwise, they didn’t come knocking on the door every day. On my day of checkout, no one was banging on my door telling me to leave.

Staff was great. We had dirty sheets on one of the double beds. After two attempts, we got a stack of sheets to go through ourselves. I get it. Guy was tired- holiday weekend. At 200+ a night, minimum expectation was clean sheets. Room service was good and the chocolate cake is the best ever! Two rooms- one room coffee maker didn’t work, one room it did. Quality was not consistent in the rooms. I stress the hotel staff did the best with what they were working with at the time. Shout out to security that talked our senior mom through crisis when we were MIA. Upgrade the facilities.
