    Subject: Concerns with Hotel Reception/Concierge Dear Agoda I'm writing to express concerns about the hotel reception/concierge. Despite being helpful, I've discovered some discrepancies: 1. Taxi booking: He quoted 80,000 (30,000 "service fee" + 50,000 for the driver), whereas the driver would've charged less directly. 2. Laundry: Claimed card machine wasn't working, took cash, and no paperwork/receipt was provided. 3. Hotel tax: Charged double, no receipts given. Be cautious when dealing with him. Best, Aaron Naicker

    The staff was amazing super friendly and very helpful especially Nourah. The Room was not the one i booked - so they gave me a smaller one and had to go out of the first room just after 30min. which was super annoying - the AC was loud and it has a lot of bugs. The water and electricity broke down every day for some hours. Breakfast was oke, they took care of my allergy issue and prepared almost every day something different. If you dont have a car or a driver your stuck in not much around to do. I would recommend to stay maybe 1-2 nights!
