By far the worst experience I've had with an accomodation. I contacted the property to get check in information and let them know I would be arriving early. They told me I would recive check in information the following morning. Of course they didn't contact me the next morning so I contacted them to let them know I was on my way and will arrive in an hour. They told me I can't check in early, but can pay an extra fee to check in. It would have been nice if they told me that the day before, so I asked if they can store my bags until I can check into my room (Which is listed as a service provided when you book online). They told me they don't offer baggage storage. Ok false advertising, so I decided to pay the fee to check in early. Arrived to the room and it was dirty and not cleaned from the previous guests. I was moved to a different room for the night. The new room was a downgrade from the room I booked and the tv didn't work, but it was ok since it was only supposed to be for 1 night. The next day I moved to my original room and the key card didn't as well as the shower flooded the entire floor. The towels and bed sheets were stained and also had roaches inside the room. Was moved again to a different room (Which was another downgrade) and remained there until I checked out. The shower door did not fully close, which caused the bathroom floor to get wet. Throughout my stay, I was continuously contacting them to report these issues. Most times when I reported the issues I would wait 2 hours for a response and they have to message them again. When they said they would send someone over I would wait four hours for someone to come before having to contact them again because no one showed up. This happened every time I had an issue. Half of my vacation was spent inside of the rooms messaging the property to get the issues resolved. They are unprofessional and communication is abysmal. I would not stay at this property again or any property that is managed by these hosts. This completely ruined my vacation.
