Only spent a night here from our road trip, but it was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was decent too. Its pretty quiet also the area is close to center by car but not too busy. There is a free beach nearby between the hotels also.

I would not be able to recommend this hotel to a friend. We stayed at Alice hotel for 2 nights. We had to change the room after the first night as it only had 1 bed (not enough for 3 people). It was not a big problem as the 3d member of our group arrived a day later. The second room it was very big, a mini apartment in fact. The tap in the kitchenette was so wobbly that we were scared to touch it, in case it fell off and flooded the whole place. Both rooms had NO HOT WATER. After enquiring a number of times about it at the reception, it was told to keep the hot water running for 5-6 min and it would get hot. I kept it running for 8-9 min it was still as cold as before if not colder. Therefore we were not able to take a shower during our stay there. I think having hot water is essential.
