    Really nice hotel with lovely rooms. The female receptionist (didn’t catch her name) spoke very good English and helped us pick an amazing sunset tour of Lan Ha Bay for a very reasonable price. We also rented a motorbike through the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back, we absolutely LOVED Catba island. Thank you again.

    We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and tidy. The staff were beyond helpful and accommodating, best customer service we have had in vietnam. The room was a little small but overall good. Would stay again

    I booked a Family room not noticing there was Twin beds instead of a Double. The friendly, responsive staff helped us change the type of room without additional fee. Still, the room fee was affordable. We had a motor, so travelling around from the hotel was easy, only 1 minute to the Main Square and less than 5 minutes to Cat Co 3. The room was big enough for 2. Facilities weren't too new (some might need to fix or change for better use) but everything we need was fully supplied. What we would remember the most during our stay was after we had checked out and one of us had a low-blood pressure, the staff gave us a vacant room to rest for about 2 hours and charged us only 100k. I haven't seen any outgoing and helpful staff like these anywhere. Would highly recommended this accomodation to any, also would choose the place again if we go to Cat Ba next time <3
