    We booked a mid tier room and were pleased with the staff, who were kind, polite, and easy to communicate with in English. They also allowed us to check in early, even though we had only booked a one night stay. However, there was a leak around the balcony door, which allowed water to enter the room and was quite inconvenient. The room, towels, and bedding could also benefit from additional maintenance and improvement. Despite these room related concerns, the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating. The hotel remains a good option, particularly for travelers who want to stay in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

    Overall experience was fine, but a few notable complaints need to be made: Aircon was leaking, Tv was not working even after repair, rooms were not cleaned when we were out.

    I wasn't expecting this small hotel to catch my attention, but it did. This place has a special charm that makes me want to return repeatedly. It doesn't feel like a typical hotel or guesthouse, it feels more like visiting a friend's house where they have a room for you to stay. The food is top class. The staff and the manager are very kind and helpful. The room is good enough to stay in after a long day of exploring the city. You don't have to take my word for it just yet. Feel free to give it a check out by yourself!

    Staff is very helpful, nice, locations is good and worth of the price But the room isn’t like the picture. The room isn’t clean it looks not properly and dirty!. I choose the rooftop room there aren’t elevator it's very high.
