    We checked in 1+ hour late, but the room was still not ready yet. Reason: previous customer late checked out. Problem was: he didnt even ask for our permission to let them late check out. He suggested to upgrade the room for us, or pay us back 40k, but it was not his initial idea, only until i confronted him about lateness in getting our room ready for us, that idea popped up in his mind. The room was very nice. Location was convenient for us as well. It’s just the service wasnt good.
