    The bedsheet had stains, bathroom had hair and the toilet was not clean

    We booked a Deluxe room for 2 nights for 3 people, but the stay was completely unacceptable from start to finish: - Hygiene & Maintenance Issues: The moment we stepped into the room, there was a heavy, stinging odor. The bathroom door lock was broken, so air pressure from opening the main door kept popping the bathroom door open and letting the smell directly into the bedroom. - Missing / Non-Functional Amenities: The AC had no remote control to adjust the temperature, and the bathroom geyser was unplugged/unusable. - Unprofessional Service: We asked for an extra mattress/bed, which they agreed to provide for ₹250 (bargained from ₹500). However, they never delivered the bed, and the staff's hostile attitude made us uncomfortable even asking for it again. As a result, all three of us had to squeeze onto a single bed for the entire stay. Calling this a "Deluxe" experience is completely misleading. I strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere.
