We had such a wonderful stay here and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Shehara, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. She was so welcoming, responsive and genuinely went out of her way to make everything easy for us. A special mention to Nissan as well, he was exceptionally kind, helpful and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. The place itself is one of the best stays we’ve experienced in Colombo. It is exceptionally comfortable, clean, hygienic, safe, and conveniently located, making it easy to get around and access everything we needed. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged, and we always felt completely at ease. If you’re looking for a place in Colombo that combines comfort, cleanliness, safety, great hospitality, and accessibility, I would genuinely recommend staying here. The wonderful hospitality from Shehara and the staff is what truly sets this place apart. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10

The view from the room was stunning, and the room itself was lovely. However, as several other people have written, there is a lot of noise at night. I used earplugs and was fine for the most part. If you're looking to stay more than a night or two, look for some other place, otherwise this is a good option.

Very disappointing experience. No policy was mentioned about not allowing guest entry after 9:00 PM, but the staff refused us entry, saying the booking was for one person. We had changed our plans, and one guest wanted to stay overnight with me. We were happy to pay any additional charges if required, but the staff refused to allow him to stay. They would not even let him enter the property for a few minutes to collect his car keys. We asked them to show us the policy, but they could not provide any documented policy. A lady called us over the phone, and later someone came in person saying they managed the property. They were very rude throughout the interaction. He even told us, “Don’t do stupid shit.” After that, he said, “Okay, go inside, we will return your money,” and treated us in a very disrespectful manner, making us feel as though we were begging. They asked us to modify the booking through the Agoda app. We genuinely tried, but the app would not allow us to make the change. We explained this and even offered to pay extra, but they were unhelpful and unwilling to find a practical solution. There was also no parking space available. After spending around 30 minutes trying to resolve the issue, we gave up because of the staff’s attitude and lack of cooperation. We left the property without staying. It was a very disappointing and upsetting experience, and I would not recommend this place.
