    The location is really great, very convenient to travel from London Euston train station, bus and underground. And it's just 15 mins walk to high street Oxford Street. However, the room can be more clean and tidy. We can see quite a few of long hairs on the bed and curtains. The bathroom is not as clean as expected. TV is not tuned but you will have to tune it by myself. Small room but good to stay if you need a place to just sleep within the city center.

    We checked in and the Room was clean and location was excellent. We went out for supper, when we got back to our room around 8:45. Everything was good. About 10:00 the tv went off, and NONE of the plugs in the walls worked, the fridge and microwave didn’t work. There was no one on-site and they do not respond to messages very quickly. We spent the entire night without any power other than lights. We both use CPAP Machines that run off power so they didn’t work. In the morning we went to the staff and told them about our issue. They checked things out and had no Solution. The said ownership/Administration would “CONTACT” us to make accommodations. It has been 2 weeks, NOT A PEEP from anyone.
